SB200 is the latest offering from Inmarsat. Users can simultaneously surf the web, check email, talk on the phone and provide the flight crew access critical information. Aircraft with a SB200 low gain system can see speeds up to 200 kbps through a single channel. SB200 systems use a low gain non-steered antenna which comes in a smaller footprint than larger intermediate gain and high gain antennas.
