Air Sat One provides airtime for the Aviator 200 Satcom system. The Aviator 200 uses a Low Gain non-directional antenna and connects to the Inmarsat Satellites using SwiftBroadband Class 15 service designed for aviation use.
The Aviator 200 Capabilities:
- World wide Wi-Fi connectivity except for the extreme poles.
- Background IP (basic internet connectivity) up to 232 Kbps.
- Streaming IP up to 16 kbps for telemetry and special applications.
- High-quality voice telephone service.
